Dr. Belma Sadikovic is a highly experienced education consultant. She specializes in policy development, program design and evaluation, partnership strategies, and professional development. Belma consults with NGOs and NPOs to create and implement effective solutions that support successful programs, operational efficiency, and educational equity.
In addition to her consulting work, Belma serves as the Curriculum and Content Coordinator at AACRAO, overseeing the development and delivery of on-demand courses, micro-credentials, and webinars. As part of the Content & Curriculum team, she supports professionals in the higher education sector by ensuring the creation of high-quality educational content.
Belma holds a Doctorate in Education (Ed.D.) in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis on Multicultural Education and Social Justice Education. She also earned a Master of Education in English as a Second Language and a BA in German Language and Literature from Boise State University.
With over 16 years of experience in K-12 and higher education, Dr. Sadikovic has taught both undergraduate and graduate-level courses to pre-service and in-service teachers. She frequently delivers presentations related to education and community engagement. Dr. Sadikovic also delivered a TEDx talk titled What It Feels Like to Be a Refugee and has spoken nationally and internationally about strategies for refugee integration into higher education. She is the co-founder of Boise State University’s Refugee Alliance and continues to be actively engaged in global community initiatives. Additionally, Dr. Sadikovic has published work related to education and community engagement.
