About Dr. Monem
Managing Director
Dr. Ruba Monem is an accomplished consultant, educator, author, and researcher with over twenty years of experience in K-12 and higher education settings.
As one of the Directing Managers at Pure Analytics and Educational Services, she is responsible for developing, leading, and implementing research initiatives for organizations. Her responsibilities include managing all phases of research projects, from proposal development and approval to ethical protocols, data collection, analysis, and dissemination.
Before connecting with Pure Analytics and Educational Services, Dr. Monem was an established K-12 instructional leader and mentor. She spent several years teaching American History, Civics, and Global Perspectives. As a higher education professional, she has been a lecturer, dissertation coach, action research sponsor-supervisor, capstone supervisor, and program manager.
Ruba holds a doctoral degree in education from Florida International University, where she studied Urban Education and Behavioral Learning Differences.
Outside of work, Dr. Monem is passionate about culture, history, travel, and personal fitness. She enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends.
